Shipping, Refund and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

All products are usually shipped from Washington State.

Processing time is 1-3 business days from day of order.

All shipping is sent by USPS First Class mail with expected shipping time of 1-5 business days. Holidays can extend shipping and processing time.

Shipping is paid by the customer with typical cost to ship between $3.50 – $5.00 USD but may vary.

Shipping promotions may be applied.

Warranty, Refund & Return Policy

Our products com with no warranty or refunds. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and purchaser must cover return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
